My step-by-step plan for a standard wood flag, free. The same one I hand every builder who asks — it lands right in your inbox.
The $25 DIY Kit includes separate guides for the standard 3-foot and 17-inch flags, matching 50-star SVG files, letter-size printable templates for both sizes, and a two-page 24×36 copy-shop PDF. Choose the page for your flag and print at Actual Size. The guides explain the two different build methods and the standard-kit measurements; custom-size tool layouts are a separate path.
Building any other size? Enter your dimensions and get both tools built to your exact flag — a full build plan and a 50-star template. $50 apart; together it's $29.
Every flag made by hand in my Trussville, Alabama garage — torched, stained, and sealed one at a time. The 3-foot is $349 and the 17-inch is $199, both shipped free, about a 4-week build.
